1. Introduction to Service
Welcome to Loom & Time Co.. By accessing our digital atelier or purchasing our textile-inspired horological pieces, you're engaging in our "Service". We've designed these guidelines to ensure that your experience—from first click to final wrist-fit—is nothing short of premium.
We're based at 151 Lenox Road, New York, and all agreements are governed by the laws of the State of New York. We believe in clarity; don't you think that makes for better business? These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, or merchants.
2. Bespoke Order Integrity
Our bespoke watch straps are hand-crafted to your specific wrist measurements and textile preferences. Because these are personalized creations, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges once production has commenced. We'll send you a digital proof for approval—once you say "yes", our weavers pull the thread.
Note: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for all bespoke commissions exceeding $400 USD.
3. International Shipping & Liability
We ship our curated collections globally from Brooklyn. However, international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Loom & Time Co. is not responsible for these charges; they're your responsibility as the importer.
Lost in transit? While we use high-security couriers like DHL and FedEx, our liability ends once the package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We've spent 17 years perfecting our logistics, but some things remain in the hands of the gods—and the customs agents.
4. Repair and Restoration
We provide a 24-month warranty on our watch movements and textile straps against manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear, or the inevitable aging of hand-spun textiles, doesn't count as a defect. If you've been deep-sea diving with a non-diver strap, we'll try to help, but that's on you.
